BEEING LOCAL:
PNW Bee Company’s honey is 100% sourced from select Pacific Northwest beekeepers whose bees make premium honey from flowers specific to the Pacific Northwest.

We take great care in hand bottling unfiltered, pure, raw regional honey in small batches at our working bee farm nestled in the heart of the Cascadia Region. Our meticulous process involves processing the honey at hive temperatures to preserve the highest quality honey and to capture the distinct flavors of Pacific Northwest floral profiles.

OUR STORY

We are beekeepers dedicated to raising local bees, producing local honey, and connecting the larger region to the variety of honey flavors and profiles available throughout Cascadia. We both produce and sell our own honey from our hives in the Kittitas Valley through Ellensburg Bee Company and we source regional honey from verified Pacific Northwest Beekeepers for PNW Bee Company.

As a veteran-owned and operated business, we hold a deep commitment to serving and supporting our community. We are proud to give a portion of our proceeds to local food banks, as well as to organizations dedicated to assisting veterans and first responders. Our passion as beekeepers lies in sharing the extraordinary flavors of the Cascadia Region, all while giving back to the very community and region that we proudly call home.

OUR PRACTICES

We curate our Cascadian Honey from Pacific Northwest Beekeepers who offer a diverse selection of raw honey. We then meticulously undertake the following steps to preserve its natural qualities, unique attributes, and the authentic taste of the Pacific Northwest in every jar:

• We ensure our honey is only strained not filtered and never heated over hive temperatures ensuring each bottle contains the raw goodness of pure honey.
• We hand bottle the honey in small batches at our working honeybee farm in the heart of the Cascadia Region.
• We exclusively use reusable glass containers that highlight the golden beauty of the honey and allow for the clarification of crystallized honey without the use of plastic containers.
